1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only defective, damaged, or incorrect products are eligible for return.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

  • Items not purchased directly from Nira Perfume BD.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide photos or evidence of the defect or damage.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

4. Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect items, Nira Perfume BD will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return the product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
