1. Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Only defective, damaged, or incorrect products are eligible for return.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products.
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
Items not purchased directly from Nira Perfume BD.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Provide photos or evidence of the defect or damage.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
4. Return Shipping
For defective or incorrect items, Nira Perfume BD will cover the return shipping cost.
For other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return the product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
